Our team comprises of motivated individuals dedicated to restore green cover in our cities and make them a better place for our future generation.

Our story

The team comprises of Senior Citizens, Homemakers, Entrepreneurs, Army Officers & Govt. Officials. The NGO's focus is on creating awareness of cleanliness in the surrounding areas, segregation of dry and wet waste at source, increasing the green landscape in the city, and encouraging people not to use single-use plastic.

in 2014, started a small clean-up activity with people from all age groups from the locality, One clean-up activity started from own society has now scaled to 500+ societies across Ahmedabad. Driven by a shared vision, our team of environmental enthusiasts came together with a common goal: to create a sustainable future by planting trees and fostering green spaces. With each seed we sow, we strive to make a lasting impact on the environment and the lives of communities around us.

"I had a childhood dream to become a soldier and serve the nation. This noble dream & motive shaped my spirit and acted as a stimulus. As they say, 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,' I stepped ahead when our Prime Minister launched the Swachh Bharat Mission on 02 Oct 2014 and started the cleanliness drive in our society which has become a public movement today called Catch Foundation."

Catch Foundation has received tremendous support from the local citizens since its inception. We now have a strong network of 500+ volunteers who help us with plantation drives and spread more awareness in our cities.

Plantation drives

Citizen volunteers from varying background have been helping us create more and more urban forests. Planting samplings, managing equipments,... our volunteers contribute at various level.

Awareness campaigns

We are proud to have enthusiastic team of volunteers who consistently do activities to make people more conscious about our environment, importance of trees, plastic waste and more. School children, housewives, retired officers, people from all age group participate in such awareness drives.

Nature walks

Our volunteers help conduct nature walks with other citizens to enjoy a recharging time amidst developed forests. More citizens join us after experiencing how good it is for them to have more green patches in city.
